Herbert sends another EPF message!

Herbert has contacted us again... This is what he has to say this time:

"Hello again, Endlessly Pathetic Fools! Figured out what I'm up to yet? Don't worry, I'm out of popcorn... But I may be 'bugging' you again soon."
